The Firm advises and assists its clients in the early stages of forming business entities – corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, limited partnerships, and nonprofit organizations. We advise and assist our clients in corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, business and real estate asset acquisitions and transactions, contracts, leasing and financing, and joint venture agreements.
