Commercial Financing

The Firm represents lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions involving acquisition or sale of business assets and real estate, real estate development project financing, acquisition or sale of entertainment and media assets, and loan modifications and loan refinancing. The Firm has represented commercial lenders in financing various types of business purchases including hotels, restaurants, medical and dental practices, laundromats, supermarkets, car wash, mechanic/auto body, and car rental and vehicles.

Project Development Finance

The Firm represents private and nonprofit developers of affordable and supportive housing projects and health care organizations in public bond financing, government development grants and lending, tax credit syndication financing, property site acquisition, capital improvements, and construction financing.
