The Firm represents its business, nonprofit and government clients in State and City administrative law matters and proceedings including applications for various hospitality and entertainment business licenses and permits required to establish and operate restaurants and bars, applications for liquor licenses from the New York State Liquor Authority, cabaret licenses and side walk café licenses from the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, food establishment licenses from the New York Department of Health and street assembly and fairs permits from the New York City Street Activity Permit Office.

The Firm also represents its clients in matters and proceedings involving New York City Department of Buildings and New York City Fire Department code violations and enforcement proceedings and our attorneys appear regularly before the Office of Administrative Trials and Tribunals (OATH) in connection with these matters.

Additionally, our Administrative Law practice also includes representing clients in matters before many of New York State’s and New York City’s agencies including the New York State Human Rights Division, the New York City Human Rights Commission, the New York State Department of Education, the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the New York City Department of Finance and the New York City Department of Buildings.
