General Counsel Services

As a multi-practice law firm, our business and nonprofit clients can opt to use the Firm as their organization’s outside General Counsel. Serving as outside General Counsel our clients are afforded a “one stop shop” access to the Firm’s full menu of practice area capabilities and experience.

Serving as outside General Counsel allows the Firm to learn every aspect our clients’ business and their needs and together with the client develop a wholistic attorney- client relationship. We work closely with our clients not only to be immediately responsive to their specific legal needs but also to learn and understand our clients’ overall business, their respective industry, and to assist them in advancing their business plans, goals and nonprofit missions.
